ORBOTECH LTD shows China PCB design market and the manufacturer the latest solutions, including quick and accurate text printing system, AOI, AOS and direct imaging system.
ORBOTECH LTD would display all kinds of the latest digitizing production solutions on the incoming China’s Shanghai CPCA shows. On this show, ORBOTECH LTD would first display its Sprint 200 text printing system, Ultra Fusion 200 AOI and Ultra PerFix 120 AOS system in north China.
ORBOTECH LTD would launch a new Nuvogo 780 DI system which is a direct imaging system on the CPCA show. Nuvogo 780 provides optimal solutions, specially for multilayer PCB and HDI PCB manufacturer, even with the conventional photosensitive film, also the system can meet the needs of manufacturers for the cost of a single imaging.The system uses the company’s advanced Multiwave Laser Technology, which makes the PCB manufacturer image in a variety of photographic film, thereby providing greater flexibility in production.
ORBOTECH ,specifically for PCB production, creates Sprint 200 text printing system which is a new top-level digital text printing solutions for mass PCB production. It can provide excellent print quality in different substrate thickness and type including rigid board and flex board.This advanced text printing system is equipped with both automatic and manual modes to choose from, it is a highly cost-effective solution that can meet current and future PCB text printing and serialization needs.
The company would also showcase Ultra Fusion 200. The system achieves a leading AOI (automated optical inspection) performance, which can improve the produce precision of IC substrate and high HDI up to 15μm .
With powerful Multi-Image Technology, compared with traditional AOI,the misjudgment rate of Ultra Fusion 200 is reduced by 70%, thereby increasing process efficiency. In addition, Ultra PerFix 120 AOS (Automatic Optical forming) system is also listed on display. For the residual copper which appear on the IC substrate and FPC during the production, this system can be rapid PCB prototyping, and resolution up to 10μm.
